Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital files, we cannot offer refunds once a download has been provided. This ensures fair access for all our customers and protects the integrity of our creations.

Handmade Art & Miniatures:
Each handmade item is lovingly designed, printed, and painted by hand. Because of the time, care, and materials involved, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from your order, please contact us right away. We will work with you to resolve the issue — whether that’s a replacement, repair, or other solution.

We appreciate your understanding and support, and we are committed to ensuring that every piece we create reaches you with the quality and care it deserves. Our packages are assembled with care, tracked and insured for the highest protections.
