Digital Product Terms of Use (STL Files)

These Terms of Use govern the purchase and use of digital products (STL files) offered by Dove & Pear. By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our STL files, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Nature of Product
This is a digital product in STL format for use with 3D printers.
No physical item will be shipped.
Usage requires appropriate hardware and software (3D printer and slicing software).
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a link to download your file(s).
2. License Grant
When you purchase an STL file from Dove & Pear, you are purchasing a limited, non-transferable license to use the file. You do not own the digital asset.
You may:
Print and sell up to 500 physical copies of the design, as an individual merchant only.
Modify or customize the file for your personal use.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, gift, or otherwise share the STL file, in whole or in part.
Sell or distribute modified versions of the STL file.
Use the design for mass production, large-scale manufacturing, or corporate/commercial use without prior written permission.
Claim the design or any derivative as your own intellectual property.
3. Intellectual Property
All STL files and related digital assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Dove & Pear. Copyright © Dove & Pear, 2017–2024.
Purchasing a file grants you a license to use it under these terms, but ownership and copyright remain with Dove & Pear.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been downloaded. If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
5. Termination of License
Failure to comply with these terms will result in the immediate termination of your license and removal or your account. Dove & Pear reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for copyright infringement or unauthorized use.
6. Updates to Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
